Focus On Energy
Focus on Energy is Wisconsin's energy efficiency and renewable energy initiative. Their primary objective for homes is to make them comfortable, durable, safe and energy efficient. As of Nov. 1, 2008, Green Built Home (GBH) requires projects in Wisconsin to incorporate Focus on Energy's Single Family Homes Programs. With this partnership all new construction homes carrying the GBH certification must also include the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR® Homes certification.

Madison Gas & Electric
Madison Gas and Electric (MGE) generates and distributes electricity to nearly 135,000 customers in Dane County, Wis., and purchases and distributes natural gas to more than 138,000 customers in seven south-central and western Wisconsin counties. MGE is committed to helping customers save energy on their utility bills, reducing emissions from power generation and increasing renewable resources.
